OUR PROPERTY BUSINESS
There are 3 main categories in our Property Business as follows:
PROPERTY INVESTMENTS
This will include investments in commercial and residential properties. For commercial properties, the Group’s focus will be on offices and shop houses, hotels, hostels and food and beverage outlets. Residential properties will include service apartments.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The property management services will not only be concentrated on hotels, hostels and F&B outlets but will include shop houses and/or office management.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
The property development will include acquisition, development and/or sale of commercial and residential properties and hotels. It is the intention of the Group to collaborate with third-parties through joint ventures and/or strategic alliances on the projects undertaken to lower the risk exposure of the Group.
